Its Full Bloom in the orchard! A very busy time for us! We are repairing and putting more hail netting up to cover the new fruit. Also preparing the new property to plant amongst a number of other jobs...  A beautiful time of the year though!

A very busy and important time for these gorgeous and very needed creatures also! 

In stage one of our new block set up... We are getting geared up to hand plant 12 thousand baby jazz trees over the coming weeks, we then have to wait approximately 3years for the first harvest! In the mean time there is so much to do on the orchard to keep us out of trouble!
